Have you read any of them? You’re right about the harshness of some of Fr. Barron’s thoughts (I assume you’re referring to the soppiness factor of Terese’s writings). I think it comes from dealing with another era of Catholic writing that is unashamed in its devotion and love. We moderns have to worry about how tough minded we appear ;-)
